Body Systems Based Regulation Model
Care is prioritized by system regulation, not symptom suppression.

Who is Human Chemistry Designed For?
-
Chronic patterns that have not resolved with single-modality care
-
Layered medication history with persistent symptoms
-
Sleep, energy, digestion, and stress dysregulation
-
Post-infection or post-surgical loss of baseline function
-
Hormonal, immune, or inflammatory instability
-
Clients seeking structured, system-based care

Care Pathway
Comprehensive Intake
8 - Week Regulation
Baseline + Maintenance
Health timeline + system mapping
Minimal care + acute support
Targeted remedies + system support

Early changes often appear in sleep and stress tolerance, followed by digestion and energy. By weeks 6-8 regulation becomes consistent.
Work With Monaliz
This process is structured, but it is never mechanical. Each person’s system tells its own story, and our work follows that pace. We move step by step, tracking regulation, adjusting remedies, and supporting the body as it restores its baseline. You are not treated as a protocol, you are met as a whole system.
8-Week Foundational Regulation Program
For chronic, multi-system patterns
requiring structured, step-by-step care.
-
Comprehensive intake and system mapping
-
Targeted remedies and regulation support
-
Ongoing case review and adjustments
-
Transition to baseline maintenance
You do not need to discontinue medications to begin care. Any medication changes are coordinated with your prescribing physician.
Common Questions
Who developed Human Chemistry and why?
Human Chemistry with Natural Balancing Therapy was developed by Ton Jansen. The method was created to help practitioners understand how disturbances develop across organ systems and regulatory pathways, and to determine a clear hierarchy for care. Rather than addressing isolated symptoms, the approach focuses on: identifying which biological systems are most impacted understanding how those systems interact supporting regulation in a step-by-step sequence The goal is to clarify the underlying biochemical and functional patterns that may contribute to both physical and mental-emotional presentations, so care can be prioritized and individualized.
How quickly will I notice changes?
Early shifts often appear in sleep depth and stress tolerance, followed by digestion and energy stabilization. Regulation is progressive and tracked over time.
Is this a single-session approach?
Chronic patterns require a structured 8-week process. Acute concerns can be addressed in single visits when appropriate.
What’s included in the 8-week program?
The program includes one 90-minute Foundational Intake followed by seven 45-minute Regulation Review sessions (typically scheduled weekly). This structure allows us to assess response, adjust remedies, and work step-by-step through system priorities.
What is the investment?
$1,125 CAD total. Remedies are included. Specialized remedies are additional if required.
Do I have to stop medications to begin?
In some cases, medications that influence sleep, mood, inflammation, or pain can change how quickly regulatory shifts are perceived. This does not prevent progress, but it may alter the pace at which changes are noticed. Because this is a system-based process, we track: sleep depth and recovery stress tolerance energy stability digestive function These often shift before symptom patterns change. Our focus is on supporting overall regulation, not making immediate medication changes. Any adjustments to prescriptions are made only by your physician. You do not need to discontinue medications to begin care.
